| Waaaah.. finally took my very first practical driving lesson lol!!
It's quite fun hahaha.. but felt abit scary at first 'cos I wasn't expecting the accelerator pedal to be that sensitive XD
Changing gears was confusing at first especially when you have to keep your eyes on the road, listen to the instructions through one ear and carry out the instructions ^^;;;; Thank goodness the instructor was patient ^^
Towards the end of the lesson, we left the carpark where I was practising in and he got me to drive back to the train station.. that was slightly scary 'cos suddenly there are so many things happening at once lol .. the driving instructor kept grabbing hold of the steering wheel to help adjust hahahhahaa

| [ff12] when raywing said the mob was gonna take 3hrs, i prepared myself as i charged at the final dungeon... somehow i have completed the game in an hour and 15mins! as luck would have it, i instinctively charged at the correct door and engaged the correct section of the area! next thing i knew, the string of boss fights begun.. and the 100+hrs game has ended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (for drama effect) i intend to reload the game before it ended to hunt marks, but i think i'll give up pursuing final weapons.. if i wanted i'd have to go all the way back to the beginning -.-|||
the ending feels like some monte cristo + some really old anime i've watched but can't remember what.... well, as with most endings i've watched, i felt that it wasn't really all that grand or something i'd play the game to look forward to. all in all, i think it's kinda disconnected from its ff predecessors, in a way i'm not too sure if it's good or bad. their usual character development and bond have disappeared altogether... it just seems the characters come in individual packages like cargoes all sharing an airship space, and when the journey ends they just each get off the ship, which is technically their bonding. but the credits' illustrations are nice to look at--adds a bit of a background touch to the characters. though, i wonder...is there some kinda...pair hinting at the end??? ...
next on the list, i'm not sure what else i have to clear.. on psp i still have FFT and LoL, both of which i'm taking my time but nearing the end. there's odin sphere...? ...hmm...~~~ | | comments: Leave a comment |

| Just some updates on my younger cousin's marriage case...
So on Monday I called up places to seek advises...and who say help for family crisis or whatever is readily available in SIngapore?! Bullshit. First I called up the Family Care Services. I called AWWA which bounced me off to one FCS in Woodlands which further tried to bounced me off to somewhere else. First they asked if I'm located in their "area" if not they will refer me to the nearest FCS, second they cant really advise any shit and have to go to the centers to make appointment and for the legal aids you have to declare your income, make appointments and wait for the once every month free legal aid sessions yadda yadda. By then I think someone who needs help might have already committed suicide =______=... Next I called up Family Court which has the same FOC legal aid sessions twice a month and have to make appointment... and under the ministry of law... legal aid........................there isnt even a number to call =_________=... ORZ.
In the end I called a lawyer firm Adrian recommended and the cost is... way too high for us to handle.
But by luck, Jimmy dropped by on Tuesday and since he mentioned before he was a volunteer, I decided to ask him if he knows any lawyer or anyone who can help with the situation. And Jimmy is really the best person to speak to! He has helped friends in such family crisis before and explained to me the scenerios and what has to be done and what can be done to protect ourselves if really a case ensued. In the evening, I spoke with my aunt and told her about the stuff. And I learnt that the bastard husband of my cousin said all the threatening shit but never carry them out. That's a main part why my cousin is hanging on hope. Persuaded my aunt to think about it and discuss with my uncle to consider taking the actions first before the guy one day decided to really throw in the divorce letter. Protect the family is the first thing first, really.
And then today, my mum just told me the bastard decided to turn back and reconcile with my cousin... oh so WTF. My aunt literally gave up on the situation and said that anything else that's to come, let's just have a good dinner first (which is the wedding dinner) and then deal with it. *faints* | | comments: 4 comments or Leave a comment |
